All ticket sales are final and non-refundable except in cases of event cancellation by Wild Wonders Zoo. Tickets are valid only for the date specified at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse admission if tickets are presented on dates other than those specified.

Admission tickets remain the property of Wild Wonders Zoo and must be presented upon request. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold. Any ticket found to have been purchased from an unauthorized source may be deemed void.

Wild Wonders Zoo reserves the right to change its hours of operation, close specific exhibits, or restrict access to certain areas without prior notice and without issuing refunds.

Personal, non-commercial photography and video recording are permitted at Wild Wonders Zoo. However, tripods, lighting equipment, and professional photography gear require prior written permission. The use of drones or other remote-controlled recording devices is strictly prohibited.

By entering our premises, you grant Wild Wonders Zoo the right to capture your image or voice in any photographic, digital, or recording medium and to use such recordings for promotional, educational, or commercial purposes without compensation or permission.

Commercial photography, filming, or recording for advertising, promotion, or other commercial purposes is prohibited without prior written consent from Wild Wonders Zoo management.
